Yogurt Facial Spell

-Not mine, but I thought I'd post it as it works wonders!

Yogurt Facial Spell

You will need:

-Plain organic yogurt
-Blue candle (optional)
-Gardenia incense (optional)

Light the candle and incense. Wash your face with lukewarm water and pat dry. Pat plain organic yogurt on your face. While doing so, recite this chant:

"Wholesome food of the ancient ones, ease my tension. Nourish my spirit and my skin, make me whole again. So mote it be!" 

Leave the mask on for some time, then rinse off with warm water. You will feel at ease, not to mention refreshed and rejuvenated!
