I hate to say this...but honestly? A wide-scale cyber war.
What did it pretty much take for our military to realize that they needed women? Wars in the Middle East. (Keep in mind that in countries like Iraq and Afghanistan, women aren't allowed to speak to men that they are not related to. That's why we NEED to send female servicemembers over there.)
It's unfortunate but true: the fact must be faced that it may take a catastrophic cyber war for our world to realize how essential autism is...in the military, Homeland Security and otherwise.
